1. Services

We provide residential and commercial pest control in Virginia. All services require an on-site inspection and written estimate. Prices, availability, and service areas subject to change. We reserve the right to refuse service for unsafe conditions.

2. Estimates & Pricing

Online quotes are estimates only. Final price based on inspection (property size, infestation severity, treatment type). $50 OFF first service valid for new customers only, one per household, expires 30 days after quote.

3. Guarantee

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee: if covered pests return between scheduled quarterly services, we will re-treat at no charge within 48 hours. Guarantee excludes pests not covered in service agreement, and requires customer cooperation (sanitation, access). Termite warranties as per separate written agreement (up to 10 years with annual inspection).

4. Appointments & Cancellation

Please provide 24-hour notice to cancel/reschedule. Missed appointments without notice may incur $49 fee. Recurring plans can be cancelled anytime with 7-day written notice to info@virginia-pestcontrol.com. No long-term contract required; annual plans billed quarterly.

5. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate property access and disclose allergies, pets, health conditions.
• Follow preparation instructions (e.g., covering food, vacating during treatment if advised).
• Keep children/pets away until products dry (typically 2-3 hours).

6. Payments

Payment due at time of service unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, card, check. Late payments subject to 1.5% monthly finance charge. Returned checks $35 fee.

7. Pesticide Use & Safety

We use EPA-registered products applied by Virginia-licensed applicators per label directions. Safety data sheets available on request. While products are low-toxicity when dry, sensitivity varies—consult physician if concerned.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on Site (text, graphics, logos) is owned by Virginia Pest Control. Do not copy, reproduce, or redistribute without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by Virginia law, our liability is limited to amount paid for the service giving rise to claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free website operation.

10. Governing Law

These Terms governed by laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Disputes to be resolved in courts of Henrico County/Chesterfield County, VA. We attempt informal resolution first—contact us at +1-844-817-0084.

11. Changes

We may update Terms by posting revised version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
